Proctor Honda has always been very friendly and very helpful. I purhcashed a new vehicle from Proctor 2 years ago and since then, I have never used any one else, regardless of the problem that I have ha helpful. I go there for oil changes, check tire pressure, repairs, and anything else that's needed pertaining to my vehicle. Allison is very friendly and always explain everything to me in detail. I always deal with Allison;she always go above and beyond. Allison is awesome when answering my questions and arranges for transpotation for me to reach my destination. She is always so friendly and polite. And always informing me regarding the status of my vehicle while I am waiting, and if anything is ever wrong, explains things to me about the situation with my car. I will continue to go there for every need I have as long as Allison is still employed there and am able to use her as my service advisor. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. More

I have been a customer of Proctor Honda for 7 years. I have always been very impressed with their work. The reason I keep coming back, however, is because of Rockie Harrell in service. I own a 2001 Honda Civic that has given me problems, but Rockie is always amazingly professional, friendly, and eager to help. I have been stranded and called him at 9pm and he helped me arrange a tow for my vehicle while being reassuring and friendly. He is a true asset to Proctor Honda, and I am happy to remain a customer there as long as they continue to employ individuals like Rockie. I would gladly recommend him to my friends and colleagues, and I have! More

I only recently found out about this review site but I have always had a good experience with the service department at Procter and have always had the same representative (Rocky Harrell) help me. Invariably I get honest information, reliable service and excellent support (transportation shuttles, after-hours drop off, etc.). I rely on Procter and Rocky in particular for both regular maintenance (oil changes, scheduled service) and when I have had particular service issues. Unless I move I'll continue to have my Element serviced here and would recommend it to others. More
