I have purchased several cars from Hank Smith- for both business and personal use--since 1984. Hank makes it easy to purchase a vehicle by elimating the Kabuki dance utilized by far too many car salesmen, business and personal use--since 1984. Both Hank Smith and Proctors use a straight forward approach that makes customers more a ease. Proctor Honda also has a well deserved reputation for service after the sale. I felt welcomed and unpressured fro the very beginning of my visit. Tony, the floor manager, was kind and attentive. Since my wife had previously talked to Mark, I asked for him. He was quick to get in touch, but did not sacrifice his attention from the people he was helping at the time. I can appreciate that and knew I would get the same attention when it was my turn. Tony made sure we were comfortable, offered us a cool beverage and kept a good conversation going while keeping an eye on things. I never felt pressured to purchase. When you have a product as good as the Honda's are, they can sell themselves! We did take a test drive and purchased my car. It was the last Civic on the lot. I purchased when gas was high and there was very little "dicker" room. This is the law of supply and demand, which is why you only got a four in price. Of course everyone would like to pay less for there car, and I am no exception. I would highly recommend Proctor Honda to anyone looking for a new car. The advantages of staying "local" outweigh the MINOR price advantage of going out of town to Thomasville or Jacksonville. I have not had the need to visit service yet so have left them N/A. I have 3400 miles on it and still have 50% oil life! GO HONDA and hats off to Mark Poole, you need a showroom full of salesman of this quality! More

Everyone is so helpful and friendly at Proctor Honda! At first when I moved to Tallahassee for college I wasn't sure who to trust with my car. But then, after a much needed oil change, I decided to take it into the Honda dealership. I was very impressed! For the next four years I didn't take my car anywhere but Proctor Honda. Although my car gave me more then a few problems, I never dreaded taking my car in because Proctor Honda always took care of the issue while accomidating me the best they could. If I was to be without a car for a few hours, they made sure I had a ride and was where I needed to be throughout the day. Rocky and Zach were especially very helpful and friendly! They always made sure my car was in and out without too much of a wait and hassle. And if my car was to be in the shop all day, they made sure to contact me throughout the day and update me on the status of my car. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. When I graduated from college, I decided it was time to buy a new car. Again, everyone was very helpful! If you are looking to buy a new car, ask for Billy! He was great! More
