My husband and I took our vehicle to Proctor due to a recall notice. Upon entering the service department, NO ONE acknowledged us. We just stood there like we were ghost. We again stood there until a lady who had returned from outside ask if we had been helped. Yes, we are BLACK. However, this is not the way to operate a business. We do have a Honda, but personally, I am a Nissan Girl. We would have never been treated that way at Kraft! More

I took the vehicle for an oil and filter change. I took the opportunity to have a chat with the employee who sold us the vehicle; she is extremely nice and patient and did a great job at that time. As usual, the vehicle was washed, which is great because I have been getting lazy about doing that. More
