First Service Just had my first oil change a couple weeks ago. Did an appointment online - very easy and takes no time. Once at Proctor Honda Service the service ad Just had my first oil change a couple weeks ago. Did an appointment online - very easy and takes no time. Once at Proctor Honda Service the service advisor Stephen Christo took care of me and my vehicle. The service was done in timely manner, the waiting area is very nice and comfortable. They do have concession stand/coffee/tea/etc. A few writing desks as well so I was able to do some papers done while waiting. Once the vehicle was ready Christo clearly explained what service was performed on the vehicle and when I should be back for the next service. Overall, very pleased with the service. You are doing an excellent job, Proctor Honda! More

Awesome Service Department My appointment was at 8 but I got there a little early. I was greeted by Neil Aquino as soon as I drove up. He was absolutely awesome. They took my My appointment was at 8 but I got there a little early. I was greeted by Neil Aquino as soon as I drove up. He was absolutely awesome. They took my Pilot back before I even was able to sign the paperwork. It only took about 30 minutes and then they washed my Pilot when they were done. Neil kept me informed all throughout the time I was there. Great Service Department!!! More
