Bought a 2018 Chevy Colorado. Was only given one key and no key fob. I had given them a $25000 dollar check and was told it would cost $250. for another key and a key fob. You need 2 keys to make a spare and you have to have special interface hardware to program a fob I bought two fobs and two key blanks online but noody will cut the keys or program the fobs. They had to know this and just didn't care. They got their money and that was all they wanted More

I let her know the price range I needed to be in & everything ahead of time. She said absolutely no problem and that would be easy to do because I already wasn’t far off at all. I knew that the price would have to be taken into consideration in order to make it happen. She said negotiations should be no problem due to it being the end of the month and they hadn’t met their months end quota. so we made the drive. When we got there, we didn’t even get to work with Kelly. The salesman we did work with was an xxxxxxx to be quite frank. We had no idea that the car was in the condition it was in. The bumper was detached. He didn’t even realize. He asked and they said it couldn’t be fixed unless it was a hole new bumper & they weren’t doing that. There was also a dent and scratches on the bumper in the back that they wouldn’t fix. There was a good size dent in the driver side door and scratches all over the car all things we were NOT made aware of, thanks Kelly. The sales guy we were working with told us to super glue it. Despite the xxxxty service, I continued to go along with it. The sales price was $15,000 I asked if they could do $14,500 due to the condition. With that, the sales rep admitted it would cost me $1300 to fix the rear bumper alone. The sales manager said absolutely not. Instead came back to offer 3 years of oil changes knowing I lived two hours away and wouldn’t be ideal. I guarantee those oil changed would have amounted to the 500$ I wanted off of the asking price considering the monthly payments weren’t near what they said that they would be before confirming with kelly. The sales guy then proceeded to say would it make you feel like you won if I got 100$ taken off the price, I said no this car is wrecked and your telling me you won’t make any money off of it selling it to me at $15,000$. After leaving, we looked up the dealer kelly blue book value and it was $10,000-$12,000$. I highly recommend you don’t go here and take your business else where. At that rate, I would pay the extra money elsewhere for for better service at the minimum aside for the wrecked car they were trying to sell at a price that a perfect condition car would be sold at. After reading more reviews, seems like this business needs a ton of improvement and similar situations have occurred numerous times. More
