Fred is a person that I rely on when my car(s) Ch I would like to give my appreciation and thanks to Fred Keller in Progressive's Service Department. Fred is a person that I rely on when my car(s) Chevy Cruze and Chevy Impala need service. He will go over any defects with the car(s) that the Service Department finds when I stop there. He recommends what needs to be done. If the will repair will last until the next service he will tell you. If it is in need at this service he explains why it should be done and what the consequence could happen if ignored. He goes on to explain if the cost outweighs the value of the vehicle. He goes beyond the Service Department. He watches our for the vehicle and the safety of the occupants inside. Vehicles have been purchased there due to his knowledge and concerns. After a test drive and an agreement on a price of the vehicle , it was way past closing time, and they never made us feel rushed. The next day we came back to sign loan papers, and Jason Allman explained everything completely. And Garrick took the time to show us the inside things we didn't know how to operate. ( radio, On star, backup camera,bluetooth) .Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. We would definitely come back to Progressive Chevrolet in the future. More

Bought a newer used Chevy Treverse A friend told us about them so we checked them out online. Seen a few traverses we wanted to look at so we took the hour and a half drive to check them out. They were so friendly and helpful. Answered all our question and then some. We took one for a test drive and ended up coming home with it. We went in about 5pm and they closed at 6 but they stayed over to help us. We ended up not leaving till around 730pm.We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new wheels. Thank you so much Wes and everyone who helped us, you were AWESOME! I love love love my 2016 Chevy Treverse. More
