It was awesome!!!! I went there with a 2002 dodge van, not in the greatest shape, that I still owed about $4500 on. I was hoping to trade it in and get a newer vehicle. I went there with a 2002 dodge van, not in the greatest shape, that I still owed about $4500 on. I was hoping to trade it in and get a newer vehicle. I had been shopping on line and saw they had a 2014 Chevy Equinox with less than 16,000 miles for about $13,000. I called and talked with them and asked what all I needed to bring with me just in case I was able to leave with a vehicle. That was on a Thursday evening. I told them I would be there at 9am on Saturday morning. when we got there, we looked around and then Desmond Jackson asked if he could help us. I told him what I wanted and he went and brought up the vehicle I was looking at online and we went for a test drive. He did show me another vehicle similar but I still liked the original one. My credit score is not the greatest but he said he would see what he could do. He left for about 10 minutes and came back with a couple of offers, they were a little bit higher than what I was hoping for, but I really needed a vehicle. Then he left again. A few minutes later he came back with Jason Allman, who was the business manager who finalized the deal. We were taken to a room with a camera and given all the details. They got me an awesome deal with insurance and were able to take my van as a trade in AND dropped my payments to be in my price range. I could not believe it. I also did not have to contact my insurance company, they did that and they even transferred my plates from the van to the Equinox, so I did not have to go to the bmv to do anything there. They even cleaned it up for me and put a little gas in it for me. I walked out of there by 11:30 with my newer vehicle. I love it. They were awesome for me. I will definitely send others to them and if I ever need another vehicle I will be going back to them. More
