Good Service of Old Car and Purchase of a Gently Used Car I took my 2008 Chevy Impala in for service. They gave it the Goodwrench Multi-Point Inspection and found a potentially serious problem. Kyle Pritchard (excellent Service Adviser) explained the problem thoroughly to me and I realized the seriousness of the situation although not imminent. Rather than pay for a major repair, I decided to trade it in. I had been doing some research prior to the day when I took it in for service so I wasn't totally shocked. Jason Fulks (very professional and helpful) talked with me to find out what my needs were and eventually showed me the 2015 Chevy Cruz, was with me on a test drive (really liked the way that it handled), he demonstrated the various features of the car, returned to the dealership, worked out the details and financing with Challace who was so knowledgeable, professional and helpful as well. I drove the Cruz home that very day!! It was quite a big decision for me to make but everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Gave me time to think things through--discuss it with my family--wasn't rushed. My late husband and I have dealt with Progressive for many years. It is very reassuring to me that they are closeby and I can depend on them whenever I am in need of their expert advice. More

He, then, showed me a couple options similar to what I wanted. After some negotiations, he along with his manager, Wally Trace, were able to meet my price range, color preference, and condition! They didn't let me leave out without making me and my wife happy! So happy to be a new owner of a 2014 Chevy Equinox!!!! This dealership exceeded my expectations!
