We stopped in at Progressive Chevrolet and were greeted by several friendly staff members. We then met Ray Robertson, who listened to us as we described what we were looking for and what we needed. She helped us find the perfect match. It met our specifications and was in the price range we were looking at. We picked it out on a Saturday night before dinner reservations. We then went back on Monday afternoon to finalize everything. Everyone we met with was fabulous. Our family is excited to have a vehicle we are all happy with. His customer service was superb and he really took the time to understand what we were looking for and in a price range we could afford. Jim Hall assisted Sean as well as Jim "Big Daddy" Jackson and all of them treated us like a person should be treated. We visited a few dealerships before going to Progressive and all the others had terrible customer service and weren't willing to work with you. The staff that we dealt with was top notch and I would STRONGLY recommend you give Progressive your business. Our salesman Sean Diotale was awesome!! Thanks again and we'll be back!!!! More

Another great used car buying experience at Progressive For starters, I drove my sister out to Progressive's Chrysler store last year for an amazing deal on a 2009 Accent. After a great experience, and a great car that my sister is still driving, I returned to buy my 2007 Infiniti G35 which was exactly the car I was looking for and they really worked with me on getting the price down to where I needed it. The first trip I made out to buy the car, there was a problem with the hood that was keeping it from opening, apparently somebody has bent the hinges while there was ice built up. Anyways, my salesman Wes completely understood that I didn't want to take the car that day, and Progressive held the car for me until the next week when it was fixed and ready to go. The shop did a great job fixing the hinges, as well as touching up some paint that was scraped off by the ice incident. The buying process was super simple, and the F&I manager didn't even try and force me to buy the extended warranty, which I appreciated. Although there were issues, the experience was great and I'd buy from Progressive again. More

I've never had a problem getting ahold of him or getting an answer back from him in a reasonable amount of time. I've never had any issues when dealing with Jay. The only concern I've ever had at the dealership was when my car tires were rotated and the service mechanic forgot to reset the tire pressure gauges to match where the tires were located on the car. This was corrected with no problem. More
