My search is finally over! For about a month in a half I searched far and wide looking for that perfect price that fit my budget on a 2015 Chevy Cruze Lt all black. Once at the dealership, I was treated like a VIP, and the atmosphere made me feel very welcomed. My sales person, Wes Price, was very willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. Wes made my experience at Progressive very pleasurable, and I would refer him to anyone in the market for a Chevy. As a whole, the entire crew, over at Progressive, are definitely the right mix that compels a customer to return over and over again to purchase a vehicle from them. From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated with the utmost respect from everyone we met. We sat down with Nate Hefling and discussed what we were looking for in a vehicle. Nate listened to what we needed and wanted and within a few minutes, he was certain he had the vehicle we were looking for. Nate was very knowledgeable. From safety features and fuel economy to available options, Nate was able to answer all of our questions. And, he was absolutely right...the first car he showed us was the car we were looking for. After negotiating a great a price, we were introduced to Challace Kotuce in financing. Instead of stopping with the first lender who agreed to provide financing, Challace continued searching until she found a lender who offered us a great interest rate. While completing our paperwork, she patiently answered all of our questions about extended warranties, and didn't try to talk us into something we didn't need or want but helped us find a good extended warranty that fit our needs and budget. After handing us our key and escorting us to our waiting vehicle, Jim Hall gave us a quick rundown of syncing technology and using some of the added features.
