Nate listened to what we needed and wanted and within a few minutes, he was certain he had the vehicle we were looking for. Nate was very knowledgeable. From safety features and fuel economy to available options, Nate was able to answer all of our questions. And, he was absolutely right...the first car he showed us was the car we were looking for. After negotiating a great a price, we were introduced to Challace Kotuce in financing. Instead of stopping with the first lender who agreed to provide financing, Challace continued searching until she found a lender who offered us a great interest rate. While completing our paperwork, she patiently answered all of our questions about extended warranties, and didn't try to talk us into something we didn't need or want but helped us find a good extended warranty that fit our needs and budget. After handing us our key and escorting us to our waiting vehicle, Jim Hall gave us a quick rundown of syncing technology and using some of the added features. With the great experience we had with this dealership, the friendly, knowledgeable staff, and the ease of our transaction, I would definitely recommend Progressive Chevrolet to any of my family and friends for their next vehicle purchase!
