He told me exactly what to expect, and called me promptly with updates and information. He said the recall line was backed up and they would likely keep the car overnight and offered a loaner. (I recently had another car at a Ford dealership for 4+ days with no loaner offered). The repairs were done in a timely manner and Bill made sure that I understood everything that was done. He also made sure that I wasn't "put out" in order to pickup the car before closing. I don't know her name, but the women who checked me out in the payment office was very nice as well (even though she was very busy, and it was closing time). More

Honestly When I called and asked who was my advisor, I told them I did not care, it was no great deal. Hillary had no idea my wife was standing close and she said that she never said anything, had no idea what was going on. Interesting that I told her that I had an appointment and she looked and said no, I told her it was for tomorrow, she looked. Interesting she never said a word to me, guess my old age still causes me problems. Why can't persons just be honest. More
