Made an appointment, parking was nonexistent for customers, everyone was surprised when I showed up and had no idea who I was there to see, they bloc Made an appointment, parking was nonexistent for customers, everyone was surprised when I showed up and had no idea who I was there to see, they blocked prices on lines and failed to mention dealer markups before I drove over an hour to see them, then kept shifting $1000 back and forth between my trade and car price thinking that would mask the fact that their offer sucked in comparison to everyone else. Very disappointing and felt bad for my sales guy, Elijah, that the sales managers were willing to lose a sale over a difference of less than $1-2k. I know my trade is loaded and worth more, especially in this used car market. I do a lot of research g and they lowballed my estimates from KBB and Edmunds and were not willing to work with me to make a sale that night. More
