Routine Service - Oil change, Tires. I have had Ford trucks and cars in the past and had no reason to visit your facility. However now I have a Jeep which is one of best vehicles I have I have had Ford trucks and cars in the past and had no reason to visit your facility. However now I have a Jeep which is one of best vehicles I have ever owned. I'm the type of person who takes care of my vehicles and drivies them for a long time. But in order to do that regular maintenance must be performed and my last two visits to Progressive ( my only two visits have ) have shown me that I can count on you to keep the Jeep running for years to come . Check engine light I came for a check engine light and ended up having a recall that was taken care of and needed an oil change which was also taken care of. Employee went above and beyond to satisfy my concerns I took my 2015 Jeep Renegade in for oil change/tire rotation A recall was noted by Hilary that was brought to my attention. Also I explained to her that I had to have a tire repaired at another place of business only because progressive was not open on Sunday and I had some concerns about it. ( I would have preferred having the repair at progressive) After my service was completed I questioned her about this and she reassured me with not only her knowledge but also addressed it by actually showing me with explanation. Service Experience I brought my Ram Rebel in for some warranty work on the window and Paige was my service representative. She was very informative and helpful in the process. Plus she was very friendly and personable. The work to my truck was completed that same day and when I returned to Progressive, I exchanged my rental and was on my way with no hassles. Paige even helped load up my work gear in my truck.
