PROGRESSIVE OWNERS and STAFF DO AS THEY SAY. I currently own a 2013 Wrangler Freedom Edition. I was in the process of buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee for my wife. I had visited 3 other dealers a I currently own a 2013 Wrangler Freedom Edition. I was in the process of buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee for my wife. I had visited 3 other dealers and contacted at least 6 other dealers on the internet. My first Progressive contact was with Ann Marie in internet sales, she called me back, but I was unavailable to talk, so she sent me a manageable list of available cars that matched or nearly matched my requirements. Later she followed up with some additional possibilities and I contacted her about one specific car with a very fair price. Based on experiences with other dealers, I expected to hear that I did not qualify for some of the credits and that the car would cost thousands more. Ann Marie assured me that the "price stated was the price". I said I was coming to look and she set me up with an appointment and confirmed the time in an email. She is very nice and extremely efficient. Next I visited Adam Robinson, the sales solutions provider. Boy did he provide the solutions! First he gave me an additional $500 credit for a card I had received in the mail from Mopar, due to my earlier Wrangler purchase. Next he beat my home equity interest rate by more than the tax benefit. Next he spent a very generous amount of time with me explaining all the features of the car while sitting in it with me. Next I meet with John Marks in Finance, who explained the financing and gave me a great deal on a lifetime Mopar CarMax plan. I am looking forward to no major repair bills for as long as we own the Grand Cherokee. Finally I met with Mr. Tim Sanders, who I could have talked to for hours. His dealership has a mission to put the fun back into buying a car and bring respect and responsibility back to the car business. PROGRESSIVE REALLY SUCCEEDED!
