Great guy, answered my questions and gave me all the info on the truck when we sat down without asking him. Carfax right in front of me. Gave me the whole history of the truck. Great experience. The sales manager Dan Gordish was nice too. Overall a friendly dealer. Alot going on at that place. They seem to have a great starting price and are not aggressive when you are there. I did my research for what I wanted, Knew all the facts and what price was a good deal before I stepped in. Smooth process. -Updated- I've been in the market for a Jeep Wrangler and went here due to it being a local dealer. The sales representative, Chris Anderson, was very friendly I've been in the market for a Jeep Wrangler and went here due to it being a local dealer. The sales representative, Chris Anderson, was very friendly and gave me a quote on what my truck would be worth. Now for those of you that don't know, right on Progressive's website it says you can get a quote for your vehicle and sell them said vehicle whether you want to buy from them or not. So a couple days later I decided to go back and sell them my truck. It was still with in the 5 day quoted price and I spoke with Tim Sanders. He refused to honor the quote saying that it was over quoted and done in "the heat of the moment" of a possible sale. Then he said he'd have to talk to his sales manager who quoted the truck (who was off that day) before doing anything but he doesn't feel they can honor that quoted price. He lied to my face over and over. After leaving I looked up who "Tim Sanders" is and here he's the OWNER! You're trying to tell me that you have to talk it over with a sales manager as to whether or not you can do that deal when you're the owner! -Update- Today (3/23/16) Tim Sanders called me back today and said they would in fact honor the deal I was given. I went back in with my truck and spoke to him to finish the deal. There may of been some miscommunication, however, in the end the deal was done and I am a happy consumer. More

A few days later she had me come over so I could check out the vehicle she was looking at and it exceeded expectations. I met with Justin awhile and when she arrived Chris was patient as we talked numbers and understood she was working with a budget.
