Great people willing to help Went to Progressive looking to buy a van. I was pre-approved at a local credit union with a high interest rate, and felt trapped with them. When I arrived I was greeted my Mitch as soon as I got out of my car. He took me into his office, and took notes as I was talking which shows me he was actually listening to my needs. Finally found a van to fit my needs, and proceeded with the transaction. During the time, we discussed family issues to kill dead air time, and he was very concerned with my personal issue, and kept asking how it was going every chance we spoke. He was also persistent with letting me know he could probably get a good rate, and finally I let him try. He got me approved and cut my rate 5%. When I was test driving, I noticed the tire service light was on and he explained that I just needed to fill my tire up with air and drive for about a half hour and it would go away. So as the days go on my PSI kept dropping to 12. So I called up Mitch, and he sent me to see Eric, and he fixed the problem in a day with no charge to me. Truly impressed with the service I recieved. Now when I go in there I feel as if I have a friend, rather than just a sales person. More

Basic Oil Change... Added value I went in for a basic oil change and Mr. McCullough hooked me up with some extras (tire rotation and wash). I had an open recall and even though I tu I went in for a basic oil change and Mr. McCullough hooked me up with some extras (tire rotation and wash). I had an open recall and even though I turned down getting this done the same day due to time constraint, he later offered me a loaner. There was not much pressure to get some additional repairs so that was nice. Although this dealership is about 15 mins further than closer one, I think I might make it my "home" dealership... Unless things change. Keep up the work! More
