Worked with us on price and gave us a good deal Went up to Massillon on a lead on a different Jeep Cherokee and GMC Terrain, and ended up really liking a used Jeep Cherokee Limited. Price was high to start, but Mitch worked hard for us in negotiations to get both us and the dealership to a comfortable sales price. I'm not always the easiest to deal with and Mitch was patient and attentive. We made the deal, and he made sure the car was clean, detailed, and ready to go. He also made sure to further explain some of the features before we drove off the lot. I had a great experience with Mitch and would buy another car from him in the future. More
