Great Experience Have been looking for at least a year for a new car. Un-decided what I wanted. A Jeep Patriiot? Or a Jeep Renegade. I'm 66 and this is the best deal I have ever been offered. We went in to kick some tires but between JT & Frank Longo, they teamed up and made me a deal I just could't refuse. AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Well first when I walked into progressive Chrysler jeep dodge I was totally hopeless I already been to two different car dealerships and two different Well first when I walked into progressive Chrysler jeep dodge I was totally hopeless I already been to two different car dealerships and two different banks trying to get help and no luck. So when I walked in everybody was friendly but amber was the one to help me so we sat down talked over a few things and how I had absolutely no credit which is why other places would not help me. Amber went and talked to her team and got me approved for a car I was thrilled never thought walking in their it would happen. Well we started talking price range of the car and it was a little high which I only know what I could afford and once again amber got me a vehicle that I could afford and my monthly payments I could afford she was always patient and never gave up. She truley did an amazing job and went above and beyond for me! I highly recommend anybody to go see Amber if you need a vehicle. Also wasnt to say thank you to frank, he was friendly and always said hello everytime I came in. Thank you progressive Chrysler jeep dodge! More

Great people to work with! My husband and I worked with Amber to find the car that fit our needs. Although the one we found ended up being at different dealership in PA, she was My husband and I worked with Amber to find the car that fit our needs. Although the one we found ended up being at different dealership in PA, she was able to make a deal for it to be brought in. Unfortunately, the PA dealership didn't stand up to their end of the bargain and sold the car to someone else before it could be picked up. Heartbreaking wouldn't even begin to describe the situation. But in an effort to make us happy, Nathaniel and Amber ended up getting us into an even better car that we originally thought would be out of our budget. SO HAPPY! Frank was there to greet us every time we walked through the doors and even took care of us when they were swamped with customers. He definitely made sure we were happy. And last but not least, John in financing did an amazing job getting us the best deal with the bank and a really nice coverage package for the vehicle. Everyone at Progressive wants to make sure you're taken care of. Even though we had an incredibly frustrating situation, they did everything they could to get us the car we needed and wanted. Thank you all for your help!!! I'm sure we will be back in the future! More
