My husband and I were impressed with the eye to eye contact that all of the sales personnel made with us and always with a smile.. Tom Farkas greeted us as if he had met us before. He listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle and when he stepped away , we were greeted by Frank Longo, How pleasant he was and again so professional . Tom got us a great deal on a new Dodge caravan, and, we got a great price on our trade in.. I want to thank all of the staff for making a handicapped person feel at ease and welcomed. Two tires and a wheel replaced in two weeks. I have hit several devastating potholes over the last two years and have replaced many tires. Recently I took my Dart in to have the tire replaced and I have hit several devastating potholes over the last two years and have replaced many tires. Recently I took my Dart in to have the tire replaced and needed up needing wheel also. Gene at Progressive made sure I had a rental and that the tire and wheel coverage I purchased previously covered all the expenses. I was back in my Dart only a day later! Unfortunately for me I hit another monster hole the very next week! I called Gene again and he made me a appointment for the next day. When I arrived he had the rental car and paperwork ready and I was back on the road in 20 minutes! Again Gene and the team at Progressive made sure all cost were covered by my warranty and the work was done in a day. Thank you to Gene and all the team who made my visits a breeze! More

Love the Car - Thanks Justin I bought my previous car (a 2007 Nissan Altima 3.5SE) at Progressive Dodge - it was a two-year-old used vehicle. After putting 76,000 miles of my own I bought my previous car (a 2007 Nissan Altima 3.5SE) at Progressive Dodge - it was a two-year-old used vehicle. After putting 76,000 miles of my own on it, I had begun to wonder what the next car should be. And there it was in the Saturday paper - a 2012 Buick Regal 2.0 Turbo with 37,000 miles - loaded with features and at a reasonable price. I met Justin Carter at the dealership and he was a true professional. He went above and beyond to help me learn the vehicle, without being one bit overbearing. When it came time to deal, he and the Progressive staff were fair and reasonable (first proposal needed to be reworked, and we eventually got to a number fair to both sides). This is now my third vehicle purchase at this dealership, and I will shop there again. I would recommend Justin to anyone looking to work with a good man. I also appreciated the courtesy of Frank Longo, John Kerry, Nathaniel Wisor and John Marks in the finance side. More

amazing and courteous staff! phenomenal prices! My wife and I drove about 3-1/2 hours from Michigan to visit this dealership. Dean Bricker was are sales associate, he was more than helpful with any and all questions or concerns we had. Dean was highly knowledgeable about our vehicle, more so than just the basics. Alyssa, our financier was equally as talented. She made the financing process quick and painless. We would absolutely recommend this dealership to any one! More

Review Of Dealership Would never buy another car from that dealership. They make it seem like they did you a favor selling you the car. You have to beg for a loaner and Would never buy another car from that dealership. They make it seem like they did you a favor selling you the car. You have to beg for a loaner and then if you do get one. They dont have loaner cars, they send you to a rental car place to get a car. Then you have to fill out all that paper work and pay for gas. Not one thing this dealership does makes the customer experience nice. I hate when i have to go for service. I am just waiting till my lease is up so I can go back to Lexus or BMW. I own a couple stores in town, have told everyone not to buy from Progressive to go to Fred Martin! Fred Martin's customer service is much better. My mother just got a new Camary from Cain Toyota. Now they know how to take care of customers. Feel loaners or they pick your car up for you and drop it off. Guess that is why toyota kicks the xxxx out of you guys. Even Merceedes didnt want to own you guys. That says it all right there being they sold you. The only reason i want to progressive was i had recalls on my jeep. And I like Mike Corbin he is a really nice guy, to bad he works for that dealership. I will use Fred Martin from now on! More
