Brian Glasper is a must see!!!!! I will never buy another car anywhere else unless it is with Brian at Pregressive. Brian was amazing. He was funny and very helpful. He answered all of my questions, and where he did not know the answers right off hand, he took time to find the information I was looking for. John, in the finance office, made the loan process very straightforward and matched me with an extended warranty to protect my purchase in the future. Everyone I spoke with, including Nathaniel the sales manager, were very professional and friendly. I anticipate returning to Progressive in the future when it is time for my next vehicle purchase. Excellent Experience After looking online for a Wrangler Unlimited with a lift and larger tires and a wench, I decided to stop in to Progressive to see what they could do After looking online for a Wrangler Unlimited with a lift and larger tires and a wench, I decided to stop in to Progressive to see what they could do for me. Jimmy Dowling took me on several test drives of the different Wranglers (Sahara, Rubicon Hard Rock) to make sure I was informed as to exactly what I wanted. After listening to my wants, Jimmy helped me to order my Rubicon Hard Rock Jeep, and also worked to order the larger tires and lift and wench that I wanted and the dealership made sure it was installed correctly. When looking to install the spare on the back of the Jeep, they even realized it was going to be too heavy on the factory bumper, so they worked with me to get a bumper that would handle the weight. This was the first time I've ever custom ordered a new vehicle, and it was a great experience. Everyone greets you at the door with a smile, and financing was even made simple, and they worked to get me a great rate on my financing. Definitely a great group of people that I've worked with and I wouldn't think twice about where to go the next time I need a vehicle! More
