I have been taking my vehicles to Progressive since 1997. Tom Byers has been, and is my service advisor. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He keeps me well informed. I would like to share my experience with Progessive Chrysler Jeep Dodge I just purchased a Envoy with them on 1/23/2012.My husband and I had checked out there dealership on the internet and found a nic Chrysler Jeep Dodge I just purchased a Envoy with them on 1/23/2012.My husband and I had checked out there dealership on the internet and found a nice envoy we told them our price range and immediatly worked with us and gave us a great deal.I have to say I was a little nervouse because we drove all the way from Erie,Pa to purchase this vehicle but when we got there there service I have to say was the best from any other dealership we have delt with in the past there services was fast and everything done quickly.All of the staff were great and the envoy drives great drove over two hours home no problems with the vehicle.It was worth the drive.I would buy another vehicle from them again in the future and reccomend family and friends!Thank You all and to Tim Sanders for taking good care of us!Also Tom the manager! I stopped in to look at the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I met with Tim Sanders and worked with their sales guy Jason Allman.
