I had two different recall related problems for my visit. Tom Byers was great to work with, very accomodating. He made it easy for me to fit my service appointment into my weird schedule. On my second visit (due to two separate recall jobs) I had to do a work related Webinar. Tom made sure I had wi-fi, going out of his way to find me comfortable seating, getting me coffee, and finding the online code to get my computer connected to the web. Tom made sure I knew when my vehicle's work was complete. He made sure the van was washed and kept my keys safe as well. The webinar was 2 hours long, the service didn't take that long. The men in the showroom were willing to babysit my computer when I needed to use the ladies room. They also offered to refill my coffee several times.
