oIIIIIIo LOVE MY JEEP I finally had my dream JEEP from Progressive, only problem....everytime I rollled up to a stop it squealed like crazy. Every time I hit the breaks it I finally had my dream JEEP from Progressive, only problem....everytime I rollled up to a stop it squealed like crazy. Every time I hit the breaks it squeaked. How could this perfect Vehicle make such a noise? Took it in for service feeling frustrated i'd be told these brakes are supposed to do that or your a woman and don't understand because i've been treated like this before by OTHER places. BUT to my surprise Tim Sanders along with Mike Corbin not only listened but understood me and corrected the problem. I love my JEEP and will now only trust Progressive to care for it. They went above and beyond to make me happy!!!! They took me to work and picked me back up, and washed my pride and joy. You have got to check this place out. From start to finish I do not have a negative thing to say. I've never seen a better run dealership! You have got to check them out! More
They were willing to help me on an issue with car I bought. I bought a car from this dealership on January 21. It is now 5 months later, and the battery on the car was tested when I had new wheels put on(after I bought a car from this dealership on January 21. It is now 5 months later, and the battery on the car was tested when I had new wheels put on(after driving a lot to pittsburgh and back home multiple times per week for months), and showed bad. I contacted Myk Fritch, the guy who sold me the car, and he talked to his manager, Dan Gordish and they both talked to one of the two owners, Tim Sanders. Well, Mr. Sanders called me a day or so later, and set up for me to take the car back and have the battery and charging system tested, and if it was bad, they'd replace it at no cost to me. Lo-and-behold, that's exactly what happened. Battery tested bad, they replaced it, and all is good. I've never had an issue with the dealership, had a very good experience in buying the car, and now, when there was an issue, had a very good experience with getting it fixed. Would definitely recommend this dealership. More

First of all waiting in line a customer pulls his car into the shop, hops out and jumps right in front of the line. Mike Corbin waited on him first like we weren't even there. Wow, should have left there!!! Next they did the pinion nut recall and said my pinion seal is leaking which was not before I took it in. Next the pinion snapped 5000 miles later.causing the back wheels to lock up April 25,2016. I called chrysler and they said a service Tec would have to look at the truck, to see what the problem was. Who can afford to have a truck towed all over town to see what the problem was. How do I know if they over torque the pinion nut? What caused the pinion seal to start leaking after they worked on it? $3500 dollars later and it rides like the day before I took it to progressive. Truck has only 50198 miles. More

All that I had asked to be done to my Dodge Ram has been done to perfection. If I had any complaint, it would be that all work needed to be scheduled for at least a week, but even this is understandable since the workload seems somewhat overwhelming at Progressive. It is encouraging though, Progressive, in an effort to speed things up has made mundane services such as oil change and tire rotation based on a “first come - first served” basis. This appears to make the scheduling of other work a little better. It helps a great deal to have Service Advisors such as Eric Eash who seem to know what questions to ask upfront so that all that is needed is done in good fashion. It has also been my experience with Eric, when something comes up during my requested service, he will make every effort to contact me by text, email or phone to promptly get an answer, or make me aware of something that may need further attention. It has been my experience with Progressive Dodge that what I ask for is what I get. It’s been my pleasure working with them. More

Great dealership! I bought my Jeep over a year ago. The dealership has been exceptionally friendly and professional. The employees seem to bend over backwards to make I bought my Jeep over a year ago. The dealership has been exceptionally friendly and professional. From buying my Jeep, sales, to each service visit, service advisors, to paying the bill, cashiers, they have all greeted me with smiles and professionalism. Basic Oil Change... Added value I went in for a basic oil change and Mr. McCullough hooked me up with some extras (tire rotation and wash). I had an open recall and even though I tu I went in for a basic oil change and Mr. McCullough hooked me up with some extras (tire rotation and wash). I had an open recall and even though I turned down getting this done the same day due to time constraint, he later offered me a loaner. There was not much pressure to get some additional repairs so that was nice. Although this dealership is about 15 mins further than closer one, I think I might make it my "home" dealership... Unless things change. Keep up the work! More
