asked them to check front end of my charger. they just fixed anything that was loose. charged me $800 and said it was fixed. still made the same noise it was making before. took it back the next week. the fixed anything that was loose. charged me $800 and said it was fixed. still made the same noise it was making before. took it back the next week. they reluctantly put it on the rack and checked it out. they agreed after a test drive that it made a noise but they couldnt figure out what it was. they said everything was tight. they told me that they would have to tear down the front end more and that would cost $1300 more. point is that i asked them to fix the noise in the front end and they didnt. and they gave me the run around on getting it done right. I would not reconmend this dealer for servicing your car. Right now I am having my jeep liberty serviced for a new catilitic converter It was towed in a week ago they said that they thought it was the the Right now I am having my jeep liberty serviced for a new catilitic converter It was towed in a week ago they said that they thought it was the the timing chain that was the problem. that was after they ran a computer check well it turned out not to be that they called me and told me that they had good news that it was not the timing chain and that the repair would probably be less money well to make along story short they said that i needed a new converter that would cost at 2100.00 dollars a lot more that what was quoted for the repair if it was for the timing chain so I say where is the good news I should say the jeep is out of warenty when I asked if i could have the old converter when they took it off they said that they would have to charge me a 200.00 dollar fee for me to have it back.I could understand if the jeep was under waranty that they needed it to verify that it was was bad the other thing is that they are charging me $4.10 for .39 cent bolts to put this converter back on.The other big issue is that they cant locate a converter this is a commen vehicle they said that it will be next week befor they can get one.The jeep wastowed there because our regerlar service place could not handle it because of there work backlog. on top of it they are charging me 10.00 dollars for shop supplies is not the the nut and bolts that they are soaking me for the shop supplies.Well I can go on with more sufice to say I left in a huff, very discusted More
I have been taking my vehicles to Progressive since 1997. Tom Byers has been, and is my service advisor. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He keeps me well informed. I gave your dealership all fives because this was the best experience I've had at a dealership. I had a recall on my heated seats and Bob Walter walked me through the process of what would happen to the best experience I've had at a dealership. I had a recall on my heated seats and Bob Walter walked me through the process of what would happen to the Jeep and when to pick and up and drop it off. He even had it washed for me. I gave it high ratings for Bob's thoroughness in explaining the issue with my vehicle. Also,because I was scheduled for brake inspection the following week, however because I had a long trip and bec explaining the issue with my vehicle. Progressive also provided transportation for me back to my place of work and I had they washed my vehicle free of charge. More
