I have been to many dealerships with my vehicles and I have to say that this is the best dealership experiance that I have had. Tom Byers has been the best service advisor that I have delt with. He is very personable and went over all the problems with me about the vehicle so that I understood. He made sure that my vehicle would be ready on time as I told him that I had an appointment that I had to be at. I was also impressed that the quote that he gave me for the repairs was actually more then what I ended up paying which was a bonus. I will send all my friends and co-workers to this dealership to see Tom for all thier service needs. More

As the person responsible for taking my wife's 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service, I have always been somewhat less than enthusiastic about fulfilling that obligation. However, since my experience with Progressive CJD, I almost look forward to the next service appointment. I had been taking her vehicle to another dealership for that service and, although they performed the service adequately, I always felt as though there was something missing. Now I know what that was. The folks at Progressive CJD not only treated me with respect and showed genuine concern for my vehicle, Tom (my Service Writer) treated me like a real person and not just another lube job. I own a 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport that I bought new in 2001 and, although I have experienced no mechanical issues with it yet, if I ever do, Progressive CJD is certainly where I will take it. I am a sales rep and can not schedule appointments as easy as others. As always, Tom seems to fit me in just about whenever I need it. Tom makes my life a little easier. I brought my Jeep in for repairs due to stalling while driving on Dec. 28, 2010. I just got it back today 1/13/11. The crank sensor was replaced, I'm happy to have my Jeep back. I just don't like the idea driving on Dec. 28, 2010. I just got it back today 1/13/11. The crank sensor was replaced, I'm happy to have my Jeep back. I just don't like the idea of sending my Jeep there with 3/4 of a tank of gas, getting charged for $15 of gas that the mechanic had to put in. As you see in this response there should have been no reason why I couldn't have atleast had the ammount of gas used replace especially for the price. I am pleased with everything but that.
