I was provided a loaner vehicle very quickly as well. Bill definitely makes sure that your problems with the car are addressed. My only dissatisfaction is with the car itself and the number of times I've had to bring it in because of an electronic failure. More

My 2016 In every day life, I feel like car trouble is one of the biggest inconviences that can occur. Let's be honest, we rely on our cars constantly. My 2016 Jeep Wrangler was perfect, then one day it was not. It began making a strange noise when I accelerated, then before I knew it, I couldn't accelerate up my driveway and my check engine light instantly turned on. Panicked, because I knew this wasn't good, I called the dealership immediately. At first, they stated that they had no openings until Monday(this was a Thursday). I explained to the woman that answered the phone that my Jeep wasn't drivable, or safe for that matter. She instantly transferred me to Bill Talbott, Service Advisor. I explained to him my situation in detail and he was able to quickly come to the decision that I needed to get my Jeep towed to them ASAP and provided me with a number to a company that was completely covered. After a few hours of checking my Jeep, I was later notified that my transmission was going to need to be replaced. Out of this very unfortunate event, Bill (and the rest of the team) was able to help me every step of the way. He set up a rental car for me, allowing me to get to work and other daily activities. I work 12 hour night shifts and Bill did an AMAZING job on working around my schedule to allow me to sleep when needed. He called me each day, if not twice, giving me consistent updates every step of the way. He provided me with several phone numbers, to show his constant availability. Although this situation was very unfortunate(let's be honest, this Jeep is my baby!), Bill made this process extremely smooth and helped to alleviate my constant worrying! I can't thank him enough!!! More
Fixed on a time crunch! We bought my daughter a new / used car for her to take to college, so I made an appointment to have it checked out before she drove it 5 hours away to We bought my daughter a new / used car for her to take to college, so I made an appointment to have it checked out before she drove it 5 hours away to school in another state. Needless to say we had a couple snags with the car. We took it home to test drive, my daughter backed it into the mailbox and put a small dent in the back driver side wheel well, which we fixed. We got the car back and not even 24 hours later and I backed into it in the driveway breaking some bolts in the passanger side front wheel, also putting a small dent in the front bumper. It was a bad week. So as i said i had an appointment to have the car checked out for safety and reliablility already scheduled. This appointment turned into also fixing the wheel and dent. We dropped car off on Thursday, they gve her a rental to drive. The car did not get fixed that day. The next afternoon it still was not even in the garage to be looked at yet. We then got in touch with Bill who we told our story to and also the time crunch we were in and desperate to have this car fixed ASAP. We were taking my daughter to college early the next morning 5 hours away for move in day, orientation and also her first golf team meeting since she is playing golf at a D1 college, they waste no time in getting started and hear no excuses for not being there. Bill understood our issue, promised the car would be done that day. We picked up car at 4, talked to Bill who explained everything that needed fixed, showed us a couple other very minor things and assured us the car was in great condition after inspection of all its systems, even put us on the waiting list for recall parts and service. Much needed peace of mind for me and my daughter. All was fixed just in time to go home and pack it up for school. Thanks Bill Erika Dauk More
Friendly and accomodating My "Check Engine" Light came on in my 2009 Buick Enclave. I had recently purchased this used vehicle at this Masillon Dealership. I called Friday, and My "Check Engine" Light came on in my 2009 Buick Enclave. I had recently purchased this used vehicle at this Masillon Dealership. I called Friday, and they got me in on Monday. After inspection I was told that it was the Catalytic Converter which was not covered by my warranty. I was upset because I had just purchased the vehicle and the warranty. I had only driven it three times. Jay Johnson was the service representative I was working with, and he was so helpful. He reassured me that he was looking into it. In less than an hour, he had spoken with Owner Tim Sanders, and they were fixing my car at no cost and had a rental car for me to drive. I was very impressed with the responsibility they took for the car they sold me. It made me feel like I was part of a caring family. More
