I had my 2014 Ram 1500 in for a problem. I had the same problem return 3 more times, each time they declaired it fixed. Sounds bad but, they worked the problem and I now believe they have fo I had the same problem return 3 more times, each time they declaired it fixed. Sounds bad but, they worked the problem and I now believe they have found and reparied it, time will tell. Intermitent problems are the hardest to find. All of the people I have interacted with issue were courtious and friendlly. The reason for only 4 stars is because I believe the first guys that worked on it found minor issues with the same circut and stopped there instead of runnig all of the wiring to that cylinder while it was there, the little extra makes a big difference in customer satisfaction. BTW their transportation guys were awsome. More

If you like too be LIED to and RIPPED OFF this is the place to go! Their sales department is the shadiest in the industry. I recently bought a Nissan Murano from them. When I messaged the sales guy Jon ro see if they will make it right I got laughed at and threatened with their lawyer! Obviously if your go to is to threaten a customer with lawyers something is wrong and they know it! Pueblo Dodge Chrysler Jeep sales department/finance department is the shadiest in the industry.
