There is no customer relationship building at this location. Anyone can understand numbers, it is one of the most basic concepts in life. Dealership failed to perform outstanding “Recall” services as promised. Advisor never contacted me on updates nor was I able to speak to anyone on the status of my vehicle until I showed up to pick u services as promised. Then the advisor tried saying that I was “declining” the services because I couldn’t leave my vehicle overnight. I told the advisor I would gladly leave my vehicle if I was provided with a vehicle to use while my truck was in the shop as I was never advised that no work had been done on my vehicle due to the mechanics being “busy with other vehicles”. While there, other customers were also complaining about similar situations. I wasted a whole day with nothing being accomplished! More
