PH Jeep has work to do. ..they told me they'd call me to advise that it was done....that never took place. I called to get an update, no one picks up the phone. Had a problem with my car, they fixed it and then four months later it broke again . They said it was still covered , but when I went back they said I had to first go to a body shop ( 2,800 dollars ) they months later it broke again . This dealership is thee worse! My nightmare continues. On Friday the 9th I took my Durango to get service before heading to Vegas for vacation, walked in around 11:00 I was told it My nightmare continues. On Friday the 9th I took my Durango to get service before heading to Vegas for vacation, walked in around 11:00 I was told it will be about 40min to an hour. As I’m walking in to the waiting room I see my Durango been pulled into shop, there’s 2 cars in front of mine. At 12:30 a whole hour an a half later I see buster and I ask on the status of my Durango. I walked outside and see my Durango on the same spot as when it was pulled into shop. I asked a gentleman if my Durango was done and he says “they haven’t even touched it” that blew my top and I told buster to cancel everything. He said my car was next and I told him they had already screwed me on an hour and a half from my Vegas trip at no given time he tried to calm me down or make things better, come to find out he is the service manager. In my opinion he doesn’t have the attitude or skills of a leader. I did tell him his dealership was full of xxxx and I do apologize for that but Puente Hills Dodge has been a nightmare the entire time and ON MY SECOND PURCHASE!! More
