Welp I've sent you two different reviews and I'm still being promoted to send more so I don't like that. I spent ten minutes in my car waiting for your staff. No one came. Went in. Joey and another lady w being promoted to send more so I don't like that. I spent ten minutes in my car waiting for your staff. No one came. Went in. Joey and another lady were having a conversation and no one in the office batted an eye to greet meet until they were done w their conversation. I was told I couldn't get a loaner because they had none. Joey said no cars were in queue I should be out within an hour, hour and a half max. I waited. At the hour and a half mark I messaged Joey for a status update. Nothing. No reply. Only then did I see my hood opened in the Hyundai app. Then about 15 minutes later Joey came to get me. He said 'wow you're the last one in here' I said yes, it's been about 2 hours for an oil change. Again, he said that it was odd because they had no cars. He had me sign a form and handed me my keys.
