We made an appointment to have our navigation screen replaced and was told the part was in. After we dropped the car off at the service department they later called and said the part was sent back and w replaced and was told the part was in. When the part initially came in, no one ever contact me to tell me the part came in, I had to call. No one ever called to tell us the part was no longer there. This was a big inconvenience for us and a disappointment with the service department. More

I went to buy a plug in hybrid Tuscon. Once the desk man, Yasser, came out it all went downhill. He was charming and sweet like a snake oil salesman. Pushy and manipulative. I then went to Riverside Hyundai and with no pressure, being treated like a person I bought what I wanted. Same 10K down, same trade in and I finance 28K in change. SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS less because they were fair and honest. Dasan Knight at Riverside Hyundai was awesome. Stay away from Hyundai Puente Hills, classic car salesman games and rip off. More
