Brought my car to get the screeching noise checked while reversing. Jhordan has been a great help and definitely provided customer satisfaction. Besides that, he ensured that my vehicle would be in great shape, being carefully/thoroughly assessed and worked on, and that the sound would be removed. In addition, Freddy the technician did a splendid job eliminating that irritating noise by lubricating the rotors, a very meticulous person. Jhordan made sure I was able to do a test run with Freddy so that the sound is gone. Finally, my ears can stop dying and be at peace and my neighbors do not have to feel irritated from that screeching noise on reverse anymore. Also, shout out to Sergio for being my shuttle ride home.
