The original price that I had settled on with the dealer over the phone was manipulated when I came to this dealership, and I was not permitted to sign a contract with the dealership that I had in writing prior to coming in. It was unfortunate that I had to bring the car back in o We had a good experience working with Yasser Soliman and Ceasar Rocha on Saturday, July 25th. It was unfortunate that I had to bring the car back in on Monday, July 27th due to an extreme case of fallout effecting the quality of the exterior paint and glass. However, Levit Perez, in the Service Department, was very helpful in trying to clean the fallout/residue/dirt from the exterior paint and glass. Hopefully there will no further issues, in particular to the exterior paint and windows, due to this issue. More
