But once they have your cheque (if they can find it...they lost the one the credit union sent them by fedex even though it was signed for!) they couldn't care less for any concerns and needs. In our case we needed them to send something to DMV so we could get it licensed. A week and a half later they still wouldn't return our calls, let alone supply us with the necessary information. Don't expect service once you've signed the papers...you're dead to them then:) Like the car though....Hyundai Sonata....shop around for a good dealer:) More
