Cesar is the salesperson to go to. Cesar Rocha is an exceptional salesperson, in that he is straightforward, polite, and very customer oriented. By that I mean he actually cares more about giving the customer what she/her wants, rather than getting one more sale figure to bring home the bacon/commission. I cannot say the same for his supervisor though. Ask for Cesar Rocha, but watch out for his supervisor. More
