Worst customer service ever!!!!! My husband and I were interested in purchasing a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. We had an appointment scheduled for 10/15/2015 at 7:30 PM with the fleet manager My husband and I were interested in purchasing a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. We had an appointment scheduled for 10/15/2015 at 7:30 PM with the fleet manager. We had a confirmation email with the details of the purchase with the amount of the vehicle already agreed upon. When we arrived at the dealership, Ferry was not there. The incredibly rude and completely unprofessional desk man blew us out like we were walk-ins off the street. We were told it was impossible to sell the vehicle at the agreed upon price of $17900 and the car would be $19500 at the lowest. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY WORST ENEMY. The dealer actually did me a favor as I purchased the same vehicle at another dealer for a better price with the customer service experience that Hyundai expects from their dealerships. More
