My 22 year old daughter bought a 2005 Altima in July from a car dealership in Ontario. In about a week the check engine light came on. We decided to have a Nissan dealership look it over to give us the corr a car dealership in Ontario. In about a week the check engine light came on. We decided to have a Nissan dealership look it over to give us the correct diagnose before taking it back to the Ontario dealership where she bought it. We took it in to PUente Hills Nissan dealership. AT the end of the day, they called my daughter and told her that it needed a new transmission to start with and that would be a little over $3,000. My daughter, of course, was very upset. We took it back to the Ontario dealership very upset that they sold us a car that needed a new transmission. Their mechanic looked it over, checking the codes, etc. and told us to come back the next day. We went back the next day, the check engine light was off and he said it was fixed. He had put in a new coil. We were skeptical at first, but sure enough, its been 3 months and the check engine light has never come back and the engine is running absoltely fine. Why in the world did the mechanic at Puente Hills dealership tell us it needed a new transmission? Obviously it didnt. I'm not sure if he was an inexperienced mechanic that didn't know what he was talking about or if they were trying to scam us. My advice to you - unless your willing to possibly have work done on your car that it doesn't need, don't go to Puente Hills Nissan dealership. More
Everytime I have taken my car to be serviced at this dealer I cannot be happier. From the moment I call to make an appointment, to talking to the service department in person, to getting my car back, I dealer I cannot be happier. Customer Service is their specialty and that is so refreshing. Dave Okamoto is the Service Manager and you could not wish for a more professional, knowledgeable and nicer person to deal with. He took care of my car and in my opinion, went the extra mile to have it repaired. He is also the Service Manager at Buena Park Nissan, so one has two locations to choose from to deal with Dave. He is the reason my car was repaired and taken care of. THANK YOU, DAVE!!! More
My personal experience was better than I expected. Today was my first day taking my car in for a tune up at Puente Hills Nissan, as I parked my car before I even walked out of my car there was someone assis was my first day taking my car in for a tune up at Puente Hills Nissan, as I parked my car before I even walked out of my car there was someone assisting me. I told them what I needed and why I was there, they told me exactly where to go and what to do. As I made my way over to the service department a young man named Jordan L. Tavella helped me right away. He knew what he was talking about, and he did not beat around the bush about anything. He told me exactly what I needed and what was going to be done with my car. Lets just say everything was done in less than an hour. During that time, I was in the lounge watching T.V and eating pop corn, and before I knew it my car was ready to go. Overall, my experience went perfect, smooth, and easy just the way it should be. Thank you Puente Hills Nissan! More

My vehicle was in for a safety recall, all staff were polite, friendly and efficient. They gave my truck a 27 point check over and were not pushy to get further work. As soon as I walked in I was greeted very quickly. The staff made me feel very comfortable and was ready to answer any questions that I had. My reason for coming in was to get my Frontier serviced.
