He was outstanding in customer service in that he cared about getting us into the right car for my growing family. He took the time to learn about my personal requirements and family needs. Once we found a couple of cars that worked for us he dug deeper and explained the benefits of purchasing each car. When I decided on a car I was confident that I made the right choice thanks to the education and time given to me and my family. He took care of me every step of the way and even though this process is never very fast, I didn't think my time was wasted what so ever. More

The sales people were a pleasure to work with. They were also very open and cooperative about the method I proposed to transport the vehicle over CA state lines, which I needed to do to avoid the CA sales tax (I am from Michigan). I bought a warranty with the vehicle, and some months later I decided that I may not need it, and applied for a pro rated refund. Things changed for me soon after this, and the warranty turned out to be something valuable to retain. Despite the cancellation process for the warranty being quite far advanced, the Finance Manager at the dealership took a lot of time and trouble to have the warranty reinstated. I had also spoken to their Service Manager to ask his opinion about various things. He was highly professional and knowledgeable, and found him to be very helpful. Overall this dealership has a warm, welcoming and friendly feel staffed with knowledgeable and professional people. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

Mr. Price was extremely attentive and he listened to all our concerns with a great deal of patience. He also ensured that we received all the information regarding the transaction and the time by which I would expect the vehicle to be delivered personally by him. Note that we live 75 miles away. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable about the product lines and helped me choose the car that was best for what I wanted within my pricepoint. After test driving a few models, I was able to decide on a Passat, picked the color I wanted, and after a seamless transaction, happily drove home with my new toy. I was pleasantly surprised to deal with a sales person that was helpful and accomodating without making me feel intimidated or pressured into something I didn't need. Miracle Financing Well I was searching online for a car for a while. After being denied a few time I came across Puente Hills VW site and saw a couple of cars I liked. Well I was searching online for a car for a while. After being denied a few time I came across Puente Hills VW site and saw a couple of cars I liked. So I inquired about one of the used cars. Now mind you I have a family of 5. I also have very challenged credit with a recent repo. So I figured I would look at a smaller car because the prices were cheaper at this point I would almost take anything. So I get a call from the dealer the guys name was Jaime Price. He asked that I fill out the credit app online. I was hesitant only because I was denied 4+ times. So he got me to fill it out I told him it would take a MIRACLE to get me financed. I told him my situation. He then offered me to look at a different car. The car was larger and more expensive than the one I was originally looking at. I was like there is no way you can get me into that. To make my long story short. I got financed with a better car than I originally wanted. They took care of me really well. Jamie new what he was doing and made our situation better. The best part is we came in with a minimal down payment. I am glad I chose VW Peunte Hills. Thank you so much Jaime price! More

I had been wanting to get a new car for some time and what better opportunity than now to look into it! I have to say that the service at Puente Hills Volkswagen is unlike anything I have experienced. The sales consultant, Marc Sepulveda really took his time to go over all the functions of my new 2015 Jetta and I appreciate that the General manager took the time to introduce himself to assure that I was well taken care of. I highly recommend that if you are looking into a new car purchase you come visit Puente Hills Volkswagen and ask for Marc Sepulveda directly. Toros was really attentive to my needs and broke down the vehicles amenities and options and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle lines. What I really liked is that he knows the competition so he came forth with an honest approach about the Passat including safety and performance. Moving on- the staff including Peter Salibian and ZK (Finance) as well as Shant made the closing experience super fast and pleasant. Honestly, I was out of there in 30 minutes and they delivered the vehicle to me the same evening with a super detail and awesome wax. Great service. Don't waste your time, go there first. You will not be disappointed. More
