It's not the first time we've called to do appoitment to do oil service in the car. And arriving there at the scheduled time, they tell me that the wait for the service is an hour and a half that takes a co do oil service in the car. And arriving there at the scheduled time, they tell me that the wait for the service is an hour and a half that takes a coffee and sits in the waiting room that they see for me and let me know if it is ready and recommendations. So far no problem, but when 3 hours of waiting have passed no one comes to tell me what it is happening and everyone who is there has already left for their homes, I get up and ask if my car is already there, and Mr. Júlio shows up says no, and that he will check the , he says that I need to change 2 filters and brake oil and if I want to do this I would have to wait another hour, that is what should take an hour and a half lasted 4 Unfortunately there is racism among us Latinos too, because a guy with a tamales face like me attended all the Asians including what arrived after me. And a Latina woman he made him wait until I got up and open my mouth to complain. I have no problem that I delay 1 hour more than he told me but it was not the case it took much longer than that, and he never came to me to say sorry for the delay but they will do the job in your car soon. I think it's absurd that I have to be there in his face asking and complaining when he told me he would tell me or call me. He knew I was waiting there and never took me into account. This place is racist with Latinos like me and terrible service a lot of delay in the waiting room that has terrible loud music to make work calls And unfortunately we bought our car at this dealer and took it to do work service. No more, because I'll take it somewhere else. They don't deserve my money. They are charging 3 percent to use Credicard card for payment now. Be aware More

When I decided to buy the car 2 days later, it was already gone, but Larry honored the same price for with all the details when I first asked for it. Horrible service department. I’ve got a recall on my car. I took my car in on May 11th. They told me it will be a week to get it fixed. No rental car. Then after two weeks, they called me saying there is a big line. They want me to take my car back first, they’ll save the spot for me and they’ll call me when it’s my turn. I said ok and took my car back. Then they called me in Mid-June told me that I can bring it in. This time there is still no rental car, and it will be another 3-4 business days. I did so. After another two weeks, I called to check the status. Now they told me there is still one car in front of me and they won’t start to do anything on car until 7/14. And the car won’t be ready until August !!!! What a F**. All they are telling are lies. They left my car in the garage and did nothing for a two months!!! Never go to this dealer for service. More

If you want to make a clear cut deal without any hassle or waste of time come to Puente Hills Volkswagen and ask for Marcos and Renato as your team.
