Rip off Took my 2013 truck in for a repair. First of all we drop it off at 8am and didn't here from anyone until almost 5pm but the biggest issue is that .... Took my 2013 truck in for a repair. First of all we drop it off at 8am and didn't here from anyone until almost 5pm but the biggest issue is that .... Truck has an extended warranty. They wanted to charge 3 hours for the repair but the warranty only allows 1 hour. Call a couple different Ford dealerships and Ford motor company and was told it should only be an hour and a half for labor. But was told by the service center here that because they are independently own they can charge what ever they want for labor it doesn't matter what Ford calls for. we didn't let them fix it we will take it someone else we are just out of $95 for them to tell us what the issue was. The only good thing was that the lady that we spoke to on the phone was very freindly but when we got to the dealership the lady there didn't know what was going on. Will NEVER take any vechile here again. More
