Had a minor warranty repair needed on 2020 Ranger. Easily made appointment via their website. Received email and text reminders on the day before. This was very nice as I have typically been trying to chase down SA’s at other dealerships to find out if they were finished or not. Checkout was quick and she reviewed the findings and repair. Truck was no worse for wear than when I dropped off. It was warranty work, so cost is N/A. I had read horror stories of other dealership’s service departments in my area, so first time using this one and won’t hesitate to use again if service is needed. More

However when we arrived I was shocked to see no employees wearing masks in the office and our sales rep (n incredibly helpful, as others have shared. We were told they couldn't match their internet pricing if we needed to finance, and our sales rep pretended to be unaware of Ford's current 0% financing, after I questioned the interest rate on an offer he presented.
