Experience prior to coming in was positive. Daniel was incredibly helpful, as others have shared. However when we arrived I was shocked to see no employees wearing masks in the office and our sales rep (n incredibly helpful, as others have shared. We were told they couldn't match their internet pricing if we needed to finance, and our sales rep pretended to be unaware of Ford's current 0% financing, after I questioned the interest rate on an offer he presented. The experience reminded me of everything I don't like about car shopping and was unfortunate. More
