I was casually browsing cars online and found one that caught my attention at Pumpkin Cars. After reading through their numerous 5 stars reviews, my wife and I decided to make the 2 and a half hours drive to see the car. From the time we entered their facility, we were warmly greeted and invited to browse their inventory, without any pressure. After spending a considerable amount of time trying to choose a car, we finally picked one and Franck patiently sat with us and answered all of our questions. Although we were having a business conversation with someone we just met, it felt like we were longtime friends. Franck, Gina, Derrick, Elly and Yenise were all exceptionally great with the excellent level of service they provided to us. I can honestly say it was by far my most pleasant car buying experience as they were very patient, thorough and efficient during the entire transaction.
