We just purchased our first car from Pumpkin. My wife and I enjoyed the entire experience. Khristian greeted us outside on a very hot July afternoon. He brought us into the showroom along with a few cars for us to inspect, away from the hot sun. He then introduced us to Franck Freon, the owner who took care of us. Franck sure knows how to select his inventory (very impressive). Following our test drive and Q&A, Franck brought us into his office. We closed on our choice without the back and forth between sales rep, manager, etc. This was top shelf!! Emily handled the rest of the transaction. She took care of the credit and payment options, etc. The whole process was easier and quicker than any other car purchase we ever made. Emily was organized, attentive and experienced. She also demonstrated all the features in the car plus a complete Q&A. Before leaving, we met Gina Freon who was gracious and supportive and told us to come back and visit anytime!!
