First time writing a review since buying our Escape. Sales experience was good but my visit at your Quick Lube location for the first oil change was not. Oil change was $149, that's crazy for a 3 cylinder motor!! To top it off I look at the bill and you charge $25 for an engine cleaner on a new car. Called the service writer and he says that's what ford recommends, I was charged this without informing me first to give me that option. What a joke, I had my 2015 chevy malibu for 10 yrs and never did engine cleaner on my oil changes and never had any problems. Haven't had a Ford for over 40 yrs, always had a GM vehicle but if that's what it takes to keep it going then I may have made a mistake! Cost of a simple oil change is almost double what I paid for Malibu with full synthetic oil. Also one more thing, always received a free car wash at GM dealer when getting oil change, don't seem to get anything from Ford but higher prices. More

O stars if I could, this place after many attempts cannot get my name, the make, model, years, trim, colors, zip code to register vehicle correct.
