Pundmann Ford opened it's doors on April 25, 1925, in St. Charles on the corner of Jefferson and Second streets as one of the first automobile dealerships in the area. Pundmann endured the Great Depression, World War II and in 1951 moved to their second location at 1001 North Second Street.
In 1968 Pundmann Motor Co made its final move to 2727 West Clay to where it now sits today. Additionally, the dealership is still owned and operated by the Pundmann Family. Pundmann Motor Company's approach to business has always stayed the same, Pundmann People Care. It is because of this approach that our store has received national recognition for our excellence in customer service.

Bought car with 57000 miles on it. Had front seal leaking that had been doing it for "some time". Guess the inspectors at Pundmann didn't look very well. When buying the vehicle, I already had my financing in place and told them 5 times not to run a hard credit check because it would raise my credit score unnecessarily. They did it anyway and now my score is higher if I try to borrow any more money for the repairs. Thanks Pundmann. Worst car buying experience in my 72 year-old life. More

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my truck thanks to Steve and Loren. I was living in Washington and preparing for a move to Tennessee, while the truck I wanted was all the way in Missouri. Despite the complicated logistics, Steve and Loren went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. They held the truck for me while I finalized my travel plans, which was a huge relief. Steve even picked me up from the airport himself — truly exceptional customer service. Loren handled all of my financing and made the process easy, clear, and efficient. First time writing a review since buying our Escape. Sales experience was good but my visit at your Quick Lube location for the first oil change was not. Oil change was $149, that's crazy for a 3 cylind Sales experience was good but my visit at your Quick Lube location for the first oil change was not. Oil change was $149, that's crazy for a 3 cylinder motor!! To top it off I look at the bill and you charge $25 for an engine cleaner on a new car. Called the service writer and he says that's what ford recommends, I was charged this without informing me first to give me that option. What a joke, I had my 2015 chevy malibu for 10 yrs and never did engine cleaner on my oil changes and never had any problems. Haven't had a Ford for over 40 yrs, always had a GM vehicle but if that's what it takes to keep it going then I may have made a mistake! Cost of a simple oil change is almost double what I paid for Malibu with full synthetic oil. Also one more thing, always received a free car wash at GM dealer when getting oil change, don't seem to get anything from Ford but higher prices. More
