Consistent high quality I have been dealing with Purvis Ford for several years now for service on my 2008 Escape Hybrid. I cannot recall EVER having a bad experience. Most recently, while I was out running errands, I learned that my left turn signal had stopped working. I called at 4:20 pm to ask if they could possibly work me in (I'm one of those silly people who likes to USE turn signals!). They were closing at 5:00 pm and I was advised that the techs might not be able to get to look at the signal at that time, but I was welcome to come right in. Since I was already out and just a few minutes away, I did, with the understanding that I could return the next day if they were unable to accommodate me. When I arrived, I was greeted with smiles and offered immediate assistance. Bear in mind that the service department was 30 minutes from closing and had several customers waiting to pick up their cars - I wouldn't have expected them to be rude, but the welcome I got was warm and customer-service oriented. REAL customer service. Greg Cizek checked with the techs and the bulb for the signal was replaced before I could even get comfy in the waiting room! I have had almost all my service done at Purvis Ford for this very reason... Consistently high quality customer service sustained over SEVEN years, no matter what the concern. I've never felt jerked around, mislead, or cheated by ANYONE at Purvis. Their estimates seem to always come in exactly at or below what I have been quoted. This is unusual for any industry; for automotive service, I believe it is even more rare. No matter what make or model vehicle I may have in the future, Purvis will be my go-to. More

1999 Ford Focus I have had quite a lot of problems with my car and have been given the run around by many others. I called Mike Iden and he got me in to have my car h I have had quite a lot of problems with my car and have been given the run around by many others. I called Mike Iden and he got me in to have my car hooked up to the computer to see if they could identify the issue. This was of some concern to me as I am an elderly woman with limited financial resources. When Mike came to let me know my car was ready, not only had they run the codes but they'd fixed the car -- at no extra cost! The service was polite, professional, and timely. The waiting area was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. I was beyond pleased. More
They were about to redeem themselves when We didn't buy the car from them due to some "issues" but we were going to have our scheduled maintaine there for the lifetime of our car. A problem occurred with the other dealership and instead of helping us the employees were pointing at us and one came up as we were leaving and because of a bad review in the past knocked on our window and said " we got what we deserved". Great experience with Frank Stewart. Frank Stewart is the greatest service advisor. He took great care of my pickup and kept it out of the rain. He spoke with the technician to be sure Frank Stewart is the greatest service advisor. He took great care of my pickup and kept it out of the rain. F350 2015 Fuel Problem I would like to thank Adam and Danny and all the people who took there time out of a late Friday afternoon to wait around for my truck to show up so I would like to thank Adam and Danny and all the people who took there time out of a late Friday afternoon to wait around for my truck to show up so they could try to help me get it fixed and back on the road. We were just starting our way to Key West when we had our Fuel problem and these guys went out of the way to help us out and get us back on the road. Run!!! Purvis Ford service generally has had a bad reputation over the years but even knowing about all the bad stories I heard, I still took a chance. I went three times. The very first time I tried them. I was in the service and Adam was proudly exclaming how long he had worked there, all the while telling me how horible my 04 Excursion with a six liter is and how much it was going to cost with all the mechanical failures it would have. I'm thinking OMG! REALLY!!! The second time I went there everything worked out fine. This third time I went for an oil change that was included in the "Works" package off I received in the mail from Purvis and on the back it showed that I had a $30 credit in "Rewards Bouns", When I go there, they told me the "Rewards" weren't valid any more. So, I sucked it up and said ok. I asked them not to rotate the tires because the place that put the tires on had just done that the day before. The tire rotation and brake check is also included in the "Works" package. So, when I go to pick up the car the cashier tells me that the brake check was not done because the rotation was not done. So, I had to go back in and confront the service guy (Gregg Cizek) (nice guy) who was nice enough to go and get a mechanic to put the truck on a lift pull the wheels and do the brake check. What you need to know about this place is that there are both good and bad employees there and that you need to be very careful about dealing with this place. Double check everything!!! More
Outstanding Service On April 28 we left Norwalk, CT for a car show in Virginia Beach. Driving a Ford truck pulling a antique car which was in a enclosed trailer. I must m On April 28 we left Norwalk, CT for a car show in Virginia Beach. Driving a Ford truck pulling a antique car which was in a enclosed trailer. I must mention that we had just come back from a car show in NC. On that trip the transmission broke and was replaced at the Ford Dealership in NC. Fortunately under warranty. On returning to CT, the truck was checked out at the dealership in Norwalk. After a oil change, etc. we left for the trip to VA. Truck was very sluggish on any incline. Drove as far as Frederickson and found Purvis 9 miles off the highway to have it checked. Really concerned as we thought it might be the motor. From the moment we drove up to Purvis we were so happy to meet a wonderful team of workers. After going with registration, etc. we were driven to lunch and picked up. We were told it could be a 3 hour wait. As it turned out a boost center censor was not plugged in. Apparently it was overlooked when it was serviced before the trip. We were so pleased with the good news. We were on our way after Ted showed off his 1933 Ford Cavilier convertible. Went to the meet in VA, visited family in KY, off to Auburn IND for another car show. We were gone 14 days and had no problems with the truck. Thank you so much for your wonderful service More
