The salesman Percel was very professional & knowledgeable . The finance officer was super also, polite,knowledgeable. Would buy from Purvis because of these two men. It's amazing to me how consistent Purvis is with not only their service but their Customer Relations too! Incredible to deal with, the prices are fantastic, and the service is great. Especially dealing with their service but their Customer Relations too! Incredible to deal with, the prices are fantastic, and the service is great. Especially dealing with Troy Robb who always has a smile on his face and very eager to help out with anything you need for your vehicle and then some. The staff knows what customer service really means and they all go out of their way to treat you like family, EVERY SINGLE TIME I'M THERE! Can you really say that about many other places in town?? No way! Kudos to Purvis for continuing to be the best at practically everything! Now, if I could only get them to offer chair massages while you wait for your oil change, HAHA... More
