"Two Amazing Purchases, 2 years in a row!"

Today I purchased my second vehicle in two years here at Purvis. Last year I got a great deal on a brand new F150, and today, I walked out with a brand new Explorer for my wife. Both experiences were outstanding, and I am proud to call Purvis my local dealer. They are respectful, helpful, and beyond all, not just there to make the sale. They let you buy on your time, and are there to answer any questions you may have. The Explorer I purchased today was not in their inventory, so they found one in Pennsylvania and brought it back for me; and still worked out a great deal. If you're looking for a new Ford, look no further. You found your dealer. I will return to Purvis for my next new car purchase, and will continue to use their Service Department for all maintenance on my F150 and Explorer. Thank you Jon Truslow and Dave Eadie for making it all happen.

I really enjoyed everything about my experience purchasing a new Escape from Purvis Ford. Everyone was extremely kind and made sure to answer every question that I had. It was the first time I actually had fun with the process of buying a new car. I feel extremely confident that I received an excellent deal (with help from USAA) which made the process literally haggle-free. The employees seem to really enjoy working with each other making for a positive environment that I felt from the moment I walked in the door.

Went up to get fuel filter put on truck.. after the work was done guy takes me back tells me brake line leak. I drove to Richmond 3 days and up there that morning. No Leaks. They refuse to work with me on this I got three miles up the road to the super target all brake fluid gone. How did I not lose any coming up there or the other three days??????? He should've took me back before he touched anything because stevie wonder could've saw this stuff. Place is a joke will never go back TOYOTA and HONDA on my next list!!! Goodbye to this dump. REFUSE to go back even if they fixed the problem. I am going to say the problem was not like that until after the work was done. A joke 600.00 to fix that . Would not stop at this place to go to the bathroom if I had a stomach cramp. Dissastified with people who lie.

1 he shouldve said something BEFORE he replaced filter cause way it was "leaking" shouldve been seen when jacked up. Dosent matter I wouldnt bring it back if yall did try to fix it. NEVER will be back again. Yeah jsut like when I went to Massey when he was there about yall putting a bulb in charging me and not telling me about it to. So yes yall are such a great service department. Funny i drove richmond three days and up there no problems till I left serioulsy. I wouldnt ever return to this place again. NExt thing I buy will not be a ford. Just like 600.00 to fix it yalls labor prices are ridiculous anyhow who do you think can pay 600.00 at once. Not me. But its all good it will be fixed but nothing else will get done there yall lost my business plain and simple. i had no brake issues till I left . 50.00 to replace a 2 minute bulb what a joke LOL

We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. Upon review while performing the maintenance requested a brake fluid leak was visible, further inspection revealed a brake line that was rusted through causing the leak. You were shown this concern while you were here and explained the safety and importance of performing this this repaired. You chose to take the vehicle without performing the repair after seeing and having explained to you the repairs needed to make the vehicles braking system safe to operate on the road.
