I’m giving this a 1 because they did fix an issue that I didn’t know about. I told them my AC not working and they were completely wrong on their Diagnostic work. They said I had a hole in my condenser and didn’t know about. I told them my AC not working and they were completely wrong on their Diagnostic work. They said I had a hole in my condenser and I did not, when I went to replace it on my own, the system was still pressurized so there was Not a hole or a leak in the system. I’m going back on Monday July 13 to get my money back for that service and will never return to that dealership ever again. This will be the 2nd Jeep dealership I will tell everyone to AVOID. It’s so sad that there no more customer service as no one seems to care and the Man at the counter said to talk to the service manger in a few days and the worst part was, he was there sitting at one of the back counters! So Frustrated! More
