Great customer service. We went to numerous dealerships in search of the right truck. We visited the Putnam deaership twice looking at a truck they had there. Both times Ray and Mark were wonderful. They were not pushy at all and spent a lot of time with us to answer all our questions. They didn't give us the old, "I have someone else coming to look at it speech, so you really need to make a decision now." We were not only looking for the right truck but also the right sales person... We ended up back there for a third time and purchased the truck from Putnam Chrysler. Ray and Mark worked with us to get us into the truck we wanted for the pricing we were looking for. I feel like they went above and beyond and we love our new truck. Ray was extremely professional and down to earth. He didn't push us or give us the typical "sales pitch" you get from most dealerships.
